While it was counted as a murder, it was also not counted as domestic violence, which it obviously was. The local DA here told me that they never considered it until I pointed out the gender bias in the statistics that are spoon fed to the CDC and FBI. I have a Dallas County Texas protective order on me. Dallas County goes for the 2 years. The average lenght of time is 1 year in other Texas Counties. Protective orders can break a man’s spirit. your kicked out of your home, told not to come with 500 FT of it and do not come within 60 FT of the accuser. Separating you from your children. You cant even go back there to get your clothes.
The good part is you still have to take care of that home and family that you must stay away from LOL. Since you can’t communicate with anyone in your former household you dam near got to file for divorce in order to climb out of this hold the state has thrown you in. Protective Orders are nothing but a home wrecking tool thats depriving many man of their property,family and financial stability. It was granted agianst me on he said she said evidence. No physical contact what so ever !
